When we first decided to open up our Food Truck, it was from the desire to serve Kauai citizens with high-quality, delicious food at reasonable prices.

Our Belgian inspired Liege waffles are unlike traditional batter derived breakfast waffles.   Our waffle recipe has been handed down for over 100 years, from a master Pâtisserie in Belgium.  We start with a multi hour process that creates a raised dough embedded with imported Belgian Sugar Pearls.  This creates an incredible texture that is closer to a doughnut than a traditional breakfast waffle.  Topped with fresh cut fruit, hand whipped whipped cream, or imported dark Belgian chocolate, you are in for an incredible treat! Don't forget to grab a handcrafted espresso while you are at it.

We are trying to create a business that not only cares about its customers but its employees and the environment as well.  Aloha Liege is dedicated to giving back to the community, its employees, and the environment.  All of our disposables are either biodegradable, recycled, or compostable.  We carry ZERO single use plastics, and only offer "ECO" starch based compostable plastic type products.
